Simmons Construction are based in offices at Redmarsh Industrial Estate at Thornton Cleveleys, halfway between Fleetwood and Blackpool on the Fylde Coast. Their work covers the north west, taking in St Annes and Lytham and surrounding areas of West Lancashire.

Simmons Construction are a design and build construction company, who can work directly for the client as a main contractor, or through a sub-contractor on a much larger project. Starting with expert advice on each project, a competitive price is provided at quotation and tendering stage, which includes a full management service for every client. For commercial clients Simmons Construction will perform the role of site supervisor, delivering turnkey building and construction projects where everything is completed including snagging lists and the completed building project signed off for hand-over to the client. They also work in partnership with clients and main contractors in the same way, delivering traditional service and quality with the best of modern building methods, experience and knowledge.

 

Simmons Construction have the ability to build any kind of construction project, for residential, industrial and commercial clients, for all sizes of developments. Residential projects include extensions, refurbishments, re-modelling work, new build houses and indeed your own Grand Design. Projects for commercial clients include business units, industrial warehousing or brick built commercial buildings, shops and houses. Houses could be single dwellings or multiple rows. Commercial extension and refurbishment work is also a speciality, including shop fitting.
